I needed a flat commercial roof completely remodeled because the old one was about to cave in from decades of leaks causing the infrastructure to rot. Hyman Builders gave me an estimate, which was quite fair, but above my budget. They worked with me on alternate ways we could address the issue and got the price down within my reach. They did the work on time, tearing off the old roof and rafters and building back with new rafters, re-decking and re-roofing in about a week. At no time did Hyman get back with me to say the price was going to have to go up because of undiscovered problems. The job was expertly done and cost exactly what they told me before the job was started. I am very happy with the work. When I need another roofing job done in the future, rest assured, I will call Hyman Builders and Roofing.
